Most issues we can have resolved in about a week or less with a large number of repairs only taking about a day. Some parts do need to come from overseas and the wait time can be longer. If you computer is still functional, feel free to use it while we wait for parts and we'll get the repair taken care of quickly once they are in.
Most of the time yes, but Apple is a bit particular in some cases and will not let the average repair shop get certain parts. I've repaired many Macs over the years though so I'm happy to look at yours.
