Advanced Service Plans

We understand that not everyone is comfortable working on a computer. Our advanced service plans offer peace of mind and reliable local support whenever you need us.

We are currently offering two levels of support plans. 

• Remote Support: $500/Year unlimited remote support

The remote support plans offers unlimited support over TeamViewer, where we can see your screen and help control your computer to help with things like, email setup, error messages, adding or removing programs, cleaning your computer, malware scans, windows repair, and more. This would not cover any in home services or part costs for any repairs.

• Full Service: $1,200/Year

Our full service plan offers the unlimited remote support as well as unlimited in home service. This is offered for all customers within 10 miles of Carlisle PA (Don't live within 10 miles? Call for pricing where you live). This plan is for those who have the most trouble with technology and need support most often. At this plan level, the only additional costs would be for parts costs on repairs. No additional labor charges for full service customers.
