About Us
Lifelong Passion
Carlisle Computer Help launched in 2016, but its roots date back to a childhood joy. For as long as he can remember, owner Tanner de Bien has been fascinated by computers. He built his first PC as a high schooler and has made recommendations and fixed machines for countless friends and nonprofits since then.
Personal Touch
Tanner’s degree in business management from Capital University has served him well in his role as general manager at Carlisle Home Furnishings for 10 years. While in this role, Tanner oversaw all computer and networking needs for the business and focused on respectful customer service, providing high quality products and meeting individuals’ specific needs – skills and values which he carries over to his new business venture.
Technical Expertise
Carlisle Computer Help makes a career out of Tanner’s lifelong passion. He is CompTIA A+ and Network + certified, which means Tanner has proven networking and helpdesk expertise to answer your computer-related questions.
Family Values
When he’s not working, you might find Tanner on the soccer field, playing video games, strumming his guitar or volunteering with the youth group at Carlisle Alliance Church, hanging out with friends, and making his wife and two kids smile.
